One score, comparable across every source

Health Score is a 0–100 indicator built from activity, sleep, and body data from connected wearables. ROOK recalculates it with every daily summary and sends it via webhook.

A Health Score card: a global score of 78 out of 100, a seven-day average of 75, and one bar each for the physical, sleep and body pillars.

How it works

A health score for every user in three steps

Health Score turns activity, sleep, and body data from ROOK Connect into a clear indicator that stays consistent across devices. Users understand their progress at a glance and, in turn, gain a better understanding of their own health data.

  1. Users connect a source

Users connect their wearable or health app through ROOK Connect.

  2. ROOK calculates the score

With every new daily summary, ROOK recalculates the score automatically.

  3. Your backend gets the score

The score reaches the backend via webhook, always in its latest version.

Three pillars, one score

Three pillars behind every score

Each pillar has its own score, and together they make up the global score. A seven-day average is added on top to follow each user's progress beyond a single day.

Frequently asked questions about Health Score

How Health Score is calculated, customized, and updated.

What is ROOK Scores Health Score?

Health Score is a descriptive engine that converts health data collected through ROOK Connect into scores from 0 to 100. It helps customers track different dimensions of health and wellness within their own experience.

Which scores does Health Score provide?

The current version may include an overall score, a seven-day average, and physical health, sleep, and body scores. Depending on available data and configuration, these pillars may include variables such as activity, calories, steps, sleep duration and quality, readiness, and BMI.

Can I customize the Health Score calculation?

Yes. Once the product is enabled, the customer can configure applicable pillars, variables, and weights, provided that active weights total 100%.

What happens if data is missing for a day?

The affected score may be returned as null, and composite scores exclude null values. ROOK also indicates when a calculation used incomplete information and which basic inputs were missing.
