Each plan includes an active user limit. Beyond that limit, billing adjusts based on usage. Each product line is activated separately, when the product needs it. The sales team shares the details at the time of contracting.

Lab Data API pricing grows with the files processed
Lab Data API is billed by the files processed each month, on every plan. When monthly volume passes a tier, billing moves to the next one. Above 20,000 files a month, the sales team builds the price.

How is ROOK pricing determined?
ROOK pricing depends on the plan, usage volume, number of users or connections, and enabled products or add-ons. The ROOK sales team can prepare a proposal for a specific implementation.
What is the minimum contract term?
ROOK’s standard contract term is 12 months, with the flexibility to cancel with 30 days’ prior notice.
Can I test ROOK before purchasing a plan?
Yes. ROOK provides Sandbox access to test the portal and integration before enabling Production. Production use requires an active plan and execution of the applicable agreements.
Does ROOK sign a BAA?
Yes, when the customer is a Covered Entity or Business Associate and a BAA applies to the relationship. Eligibility and scope are reviewed during the contracting process.
Are custom plans available?
Yes. Teams with specific technical, volume, or product requirements can request a custom proposal from the ROOK sales team.
Are plans available for early-stage companies?
Entry plans, discounts, and startup programs can change over time. The ROOK sales team can share the current options.
Are add-ons included in every plan?
Not in every plan. Business and Enterprise include every product and add-on, Core+ includes three of choice, and Core adds them at the listed price. Some capabilities also require activation on the account.
Can I pay by bank transfer or credit card?
ROOK accepts card payments through Stripe. For other payment methods, such as bank transfer, the ROOK sales team confirms availability for each agreement.
Can I change plans as my product grows?
Yes, subject to current commercial terms. Your account manager can review changes in volume, enabled products, add-ons, and the effective date of the new plan.
