These terms and conditions of use (the "Terms and Conditions of Use") apply to the Rook website, whose domain is www.tryrook.io, and all related websites linked to www.tryrook.io by Rookeries Development Corp., (herein Rookeries)  (collectively the "Site").

Indemnification
